Activities at and around Birkhill Castle
With more than 1,500 acres of woodland and grounds, a private beach and direct access to the Fife coastal patch, Birkhill Castle offers guests plenty of outdoor distractions while within the Castle there is a billiard room, gym and library and several comfortable sitting rooms. However, if you are tempted to venture beyond the bounds of the estate you’ll find there are a host of top flight attractions to discover in the county of Fife, the peninsula bordered by the Firth of Tay to the north, the North Sea to the east and the Firth of Forth to the south.
So while the knitters are knitting at the Castle, perhaps our non-knitters might like to consider booking some additional excursions? There are already three whole group excursions planned on Wednesday 21st (St Andrews), Sunday 24th (Lindores Abbey whisky distillery) and Monday 26th (Falkland Palace) which leaves the following days free for you to enjoy an activity: Thursday 22nd (all day), Friday 23rd (all day), Saturday 24th (afternoon) Sunday 25th (all day), Monday 26th (morning).
Below you will find a list of activities and excursions. If you are interested in booking any of them then please tick any relevant boxes and we will come back to you with further information and a list of recommend suppliers and venues so you can book your chosen activity directly with them.
